A Direct And Secure Cash Sale With Zero Selling Costs (2) - Flipbook - Page 8
Direct cash sale
figures explained
Our expert acquisition managers will assess each property on an individual
basis, acknowledging unique features, and will always offer the most money
we can. Typically, Springbok Properties does not pay the full market value but
that does not mean we pocket the rest. Here are the costs that we have to
consider before we make an offer:
Stamp duty
Every cash buying company like us pays an additional 3%
stamp duty on top of the current rates for each band (for
individuals).
Legal fees
We cover all your solicitor and legal fees, including
conveyancing for both parties, which can cost up to £1,200. We
also use specialist conveyancers to ensure we exchange and
complete within your timeframes.
Business
expenses
As a genuine property buying company, Springbok Properties
has an office, staff, marketing costs and other operating costs
associated with a business.
Resale risk
When we’ve purchased your property, we bear all costs related
to it after exchange. Additionally, we have the risk of market
fluctuations, such as prices falling due to economic or political
changes.
Ownership
costs
All ongoing costs relating to the ownership of the property are
paid by us after completion of the transaction, including
maintenance, utilities, council tax, estate agent fees to re-sell
the property and any bank charges.
Refurb
costs

We buy in ‘as is’ condition so we pay for renovation,
redecorating and repairs that are required.
